Wellesley is a highly sought after town with very little inventory and opportunities are rare. This beautifully updated center entrance colonial came to market. The deal ended up with me negotiating directly with the owner and his wife. They were both big Green Bay Packer football fans who were to play the Patriots in 4 weeks. Determined not to let this deal slip through my buyers hands, we came to a mutual agreement on a price. Patriots lost the game, but we won the bid and got our offer accepted.
